“ WOW!!! So delicious! Homemade salsas, authentic Mexican corn used for the exceptional tortillas. The tacos are some of the best we’ve had in our travels around the southwest. Great outdoor dining area, too. A definite 5 star recommendation. ”
“ Had a carnitas taco and it was proper. The shredded pork had been browned up so you got crunchy bits and the guy doesn’t try to Americanize it with cheese and sour cream, etc. Just a solid proper Mexican taco. The green sauce didn’t have much heat, which I missed, but I assume they know their customer palette. The tacos aren’t cheap for a taco truck. But the price was par for the area. And I have to say that it was pretty loaded with meat. Would definitely return. ”
“ My wife and I were craving tacos for a light dinner in Torrey, UT. We stopped by El Charro Negro and the beef and shrimp tacos were delicious. This business establishment with almost perfect rating were the reason why we stopped and it did not disappoint. While it’s not a restaurant it really is a hidden gem if you are craving tacos. Easily 5 stars! ”
“ Best meal we've had in Utah during our short time here. Friendly service, reasonable prices, and outstanding food. It's fresh as could be. I got the enchiladas, wife got a barbacoa quesadilla. Both were amazing. Don't miss out on this truck while in Torrey! ”
“ Amazing food, the shrimp and barbacoa beef tacos were fantastic, super moist and packed with flavor. California burrito was also good, very filling, and the French fries that were inside the burrito were so crunchy they added a much needed crunch to the burrito. I would definitely go back! The Mexican coca cola was nice and refreshing, but the "mango beverage" wasn't a soda, so it just didn't have the kick that I needed when I'm eating tacos. ”
“ The food was really good. My husband got the charro torta and it had a really good flavor. The fries were crispy and flavorful too. We came later in the day on a holiday so they were out of a few things like ketchup (for my fries), my husband got ketchup in his. They were also out of carne asada. I got the carnitas California burrito and it had good flavor but I felt like they added too many fries in it. The staff were nice and courteous. This was a good spot and the food is really good. The charro torta killed it though! Would come again. ”
“ My family and I were passing through Torrey and wanted a quick snack so we stopped here. We ordered some carnitas and barbacoa tacos and some sopes. The food was fantastic! Everything was hot and fresh, great portions, not greasy, and fantastic flavors. The carnitas were some of the best I’ve ever had. We have been to quite a few taco trucks and this one did not disappoint! Would highly recommend stopping if your passing through Torrey! ”
“ Very, very good shrimp tacos. Great price and service. Hubby had chicken enchiladas and gave them a thumbs up. Don't drive by if noone is there. They do a brisk take out business. ”
